Refund Policy.

GLISTEN guarantees that each of the products available from the product range is of good quality and value. If you are not satisfied with the product it may be returned to GLISTEN within 7 days from the date of purchase for either a refund or replacement product at the option of you, the consumer. GLISTEN also guarantees each of it's product's free from damage when delivered direct to you, the consumer, using our courier services. If you notice your shipment is visually damaged on delivery DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. If the product is damaged within the packaging where no obvious damage is evident on the packaging please contact GLISTEN IMMEDIATELY (within 24hrs of receipt) to arrange a return.
