How deliveries work.

When you choose to have GLISTEN deliver your goods, they are sent via Australia Post regular service. Delivery times vary, but local deliveries will usually arrive next day.

You should always check your delivery details thoroughly. If they are incorrect, Australia Post may not be able to deliver your goods or alternatively, they may be delivered to the wrong address.

What happens if my goods can't be delivered?

Generally, the only times your goods can't be delivered is when a non-existent wrong address has been supplied.

If your goods cannot be delivered due to a non-existent delivery address, they will be returned to GLISTEN Head Office in Alexandra Hills QLD. You will then need to collect your goods or organise for them to be re-sent at your cost. If you are concerned you may have given GLISTEN an incorrect address, email sales@glisten.net.au with your details.

Can I find out when my goods will be delivered?

Generally, goods take from 1 to 5 working days to be shipped to you from the time GLISTEN recieves your payment. If you would like a more accurate time estimation, click the Australia Post link to the right and enter 4161 as the lodgement postcode. Enter your own postcode in the destination and click 'Calculate'.

How long will it take for GLISTEN to receive my payment?

Direct Deposit payments are recieved between 1 & 3 days from lodgement depending on your bank and goods are then dispatched immediately.

How much does it cost to have my goods delivered?

Delivery is now FREE! to all areas in Australia.

Can I pickup instead of getting my goods delivered?

Yes, you can buy from a store, however not all items may be available. Click the 'Find a Store' button to locate your nearest outlet.
